Fujitsu in Russia – Fujitsu Russia GDC - is a part of global company Fujitsu Group, the market leader of information and communication technologies (ICT) offering a full range of technology products, solutions and services.

Cooperation of the Russian division of Fujitsu with WebSoft company began in 2009 with system implementation of WebTutor, the software product for process automation connected with training and personnel development. For usage time of a system, this software product constantly develops as the developer, the WebSoft company which is regularly releasing new versions of a system and the user, the Fujitsu company implementing additional settings of a system under specific features of the current business processes, improving already implemented functions and developing new.

The main objective of use of the WebTutor system by Fujitsu company is creation of a common information space and interactive tools for interaction of employees concerning training, development and also other supporting processes.

Namely:

  • database maintenance on employees;
  • organization of document flow for requests (HR processes: training, certification, quarter purposes, internal recruiting, opening of a vacancy; processes of administrative service: order of transport, accounting documents, days of a compensatory leave; and also applications for participation in actions);
  • personel assessment (assessment based on a probation period, quarter assessment, certification assessment);
  • employee surveys;
  • testing of employees;
  • the organization of the reporting for different employee groups (HR department, linear management, training-department, etc.);
  • the organization of learning process (collecting of requirements, database maintenance of the training actions, budgeting, the reporting).

Using the WebTutor system in the company: the main HR processes are automated document flow of the most part of the available requests is automated the optimal type of display of the database on employees for each user group, according to their role and access rights is configured the portal of training and development available to all staff of the company on which the interactive functionality connected with learning processes, development and other supporting functions is implemented is open
