The system of distance learning WebTutor - the software product of WebSoft company intended for complex business process automation, connected with training and personnel development helps to support uniform high standards of service of buyers.

Main objectives of creation in Carlo Pazolini of the Educational portal on the WebTutor platform were:

1. Training and personel assessment of trade divisions.

2. Creation of an information field for heads of trade divisions.


With the advent of the Portal of Training and Development of Carlo Pazolini all information necessary for heads of shops began to be stored on a centralized basis, to be updated quickly that significantly simplified its search and facilitated its use in real practice. Also thanks to the portal the staff of shops had a possibility of exchange of experience between divisions. Now the best practices used in one shop quickly extend to all divisions of the company.
