The CREDIT EUROPE BANK works at the Russian market more than 12 years, throughout all the existence pays special attention to training and development of the employees, understanding importance of the professional and qualified customer service. Training in Bank is organized by internal resources and using the external educational companies - professionals in the area. Last year in Bank the new direction in a training system – remote appeared.
At the beginning of 2009 the decision on implementation and the subsequent development of a system of distance learning based on the WebTutor program of WebSoft company, for the purpose of optimization and systematization of learning process in Bank was made. Divisions the CREDIT EUROPE of BANK work not only in Moscow, but also in 27 large cities of Russia, the system of distance learning gives an opportunity to employees of the bank in the remote cities to study in the workplaces at any time.
After implementation and testing of the program in Bank, the first educational project on the Educational Portal – training of cashiers of bank of identification of bank notes was started. The ready remote rates purchased in Websoft company were used. Now programs for employees of the front office of Bank on which qualification first of all customer service quality depends are actively developed.
In plans for the next year – installation of one more system module of WebTutor "Training center" which will allow to keep in a system long-term planning and account of all, including the internal, training actions of Bank. Full automation of processes of internal and external training should become a final result of system implementation: from scheduling before obtaining the reporting like "plan fact".
According to Evgenia Kochergina, the Deputy chief of Department on work with personnel the CREDIT EUROPE BANK, "use of remote form of education allowed our Bank to achieve a bigger scope training of the employees (on territorial, quantitative and temporary signs) in comparison with traditional forms. The system of continuous increase in level of knowledge and control of knowledge of employees created on the basis of software products by WebSoft the CREDIT EUROPE of BANK will allow us to minimize the risks of activity of Bank connected with human errors and by that to avoid possible financial losses both the Bank, and his clients."
