Technoserv Object Archive (TSOA) is own development of Technoserv company and represents the platform for enterprise data management and consolidation of all primary documentation generated in the automated business applications. The specialized hardware and software system Hitachi Content Platform which provides the maximum reliability of storage and speed of an information access became an integral part of the solution TSOA.

The TSOA complex is the solution of high degree of readiness, supplements the existing IT landscape of the enterprise and flexibly is integrated into it. This hardware-software platform is intended for the organization of archive of electronic copies of primary documents to which special performance requirements, scalabilities and reliability are imposed. TSOA allows to arrange storage and processing of considerable volumes of the user unstructured information and provides a possibility of formation of uniform process of paperless document flow. Thanks to it all users of corporate information systems receive the convenient web interface for work with electronic copies of documents depending on the level of their access. It is also possible to carry to advantages of the solution that it allows to release operable capacities of databases due to transfer of "heavy" unstructured data in archive.

Initially the solution TSOA was implemented in one of the largest banks of the country for storage of graphic images of client documents and their integration with a scoring system. Then use of the solution was expanded: on its basis in bank the mechanism paperless bek - middle - office which allowed to minimize was created, and sometimes and completely to replace the process of paper document flow used in all territorial subdivisions of bank. Now solution integration with the existing banking systems in which account, transaction and settlement transactions is kept is performed, and integration into the centralized BPM platform will allow to expand functionality of a system with opportunities of modeling and operational management of processes of approval and decision making. Besides, the electronic archive TSOA allows to consolidate operational archives of territorial banks and to provide uniform access to electronic images of documents, irrespective of their actual location. As a result the bank will receive the global electronic archive of documents integrated with different automated systems and provided by failsafe configurations in each territorial subdivision. In addition to the guaranteed storage of graphic objects, for example the scanned documents, and ensuring secure access to them, new modules of a product allow to execute automatic recognition and supply of these objects with necessary metadata, the subsequent their indexation and convenient search.

The optimization of operating activities of bank reached thanks to transition to new paperless technologies on the basis of the information TSOA platform allows to reduce time for decision making at customer service from 2-3 days till two o'clock, to reduce the cost of transactions and to raise the level of service.

The reliable, checked in practice joint solution Technoserv and Hitachi Data Systems can be applied to the organization of modern paperless document flow at the enterprise of any profile, for example on retailers or in medical institutions. A particular interest presents this complete solution for the organizations having extensive geographically distributed structure. On a demo stand of TSOA in Competence Center of Technoserv not only practical demonstration of opportunities of the solution, but also modeling of solution integration is carried out to the available systems and its adaptations under the existing or new tasks of customer company.
