The telecom operator of MTS carries out large-scale upgrade of own online store

The QSOFT company completed large-scale updating of online store of Mobile TeleSystems company (MTS) on the platform "1C-Bitrix: Management of the website".

Tasks

Main objective of the project – permanent increase in productivity, reliability and operability of a system and also increase in efficiency of business processes in collective. In the new version it was necessary to resolve the following tasks:

• improve a number of the key business processes of the customer concerning sales;
• create and start new services according to current demands of the client;
• develop and implement a number of the tools increasing efficiency of staff of online store and consultants in retail outlets of sales.

Solution

In implementation process of the project developers performed one of the most difficult types of integration of the mechanism of work of the website and a logistics system (SAP/R3), considerably having simplified work with orders.
