"1C: The plant of a planned power supply" is intended for technology, accounting and nutritional power management at the enterprises and in the divisions of public catering delivering products and a ready power supply to several consumers of an organized collective power supply.
The program supports multi-user work in the local area network or via the Internet including via web browsers.
"1C: The plant of a planned power supply" is joint development of 1C Company and Kaptain Agency LLC.
The program is addressed:
- to the production manager of the dining room,
- to the cost accountant,
- to the technologist of a power supply (diyetsestra),
- to the accountant of material accounting (storekeeper),
- to the settlement accountant with consumers.
Functionality
- Maintaining a card file of dishes with regulations of a tab of products, the description of technology of preparation, data on nutrition value. The description of structure of products of a dish includes the following data: net, gross, withdrawal of cold processing, loss at culinary processing, the mass of products after culinary processing, structure of technology processes.
- Maintaining standard cyclic menus on several diets.
- Maintaining nomenclature of products. On each product withdrawal regulations at cold processing, data on nutrition value, specifications are conducted.
- Conducting enrollment of characteristics of nutrition value of variable structure.
- Development of compoundings of dishes and standard menus.
- Calculation of the order of products to the supplier, including a possibility of unloading of the electronic request.
- Accounting of products in warehouses: arrival, expense, movements of goods, remaining balance, inventory.
- Amount-based accounting of a remaining balance of goods on storage locations.
- The configured calculation of cost taking into account incentivization on the VAT, calculation of the selling prices using different rates of a margin on price categories and types of calculations.
- Separation of accounting by types of cash flow (financing sources).
- Optional lot-based accounting of products, on batches data on storage lives, sanitary certificates, specific units of measure (banks, long loafs, etc.) are kept.
- Calculation: drawing up and calculation of the menu and order to workshop, printout of the menu requirement and calculation cards, accounting of regulations of withdrawal of cold processing, replacements of products and dishes, tests, drawing up the menu on addition and return. The automated write-off of products and calculation of cost of a power supply.
- Accounting of number eating on receivers and categories.
- Accounting of the planned delivery and the planned expense of products the next days, an additional order of missing products.

- Ensuring parallel operation of several cost accountants: a remaining balance in warehouses; message exchange.
The configuration is completely open, does not contain the protected code locations and does not use hardware protection. Output forms: a calculation card, the process chart, the menu for consumers, the menu requirement, the approximate menu, the price list of dishes, the delivery note, the requirement, the inventory register, a card of accounting of material values, the turnover balance sheet, the commodity report, the sheet of the analysis of set of products, the sheet of control of a diet, the sheet of the analysis of cost, the magazine of braking of ready dishes and others.
Configuration "1C: Plant of a planned power supply" it is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library.
The product uses synchronization of data with the standard programs "1C: Budget Institution Accounting", edition 2.0, 1C: Accounting, edition 3.0 and 2.0 through a universal format.
The program is delivered with the completed reference books of products and nutrients, loading from electronic collections of the Retsepturnik format is provided.
