"ACC-Budget Control" in the Ministry of Finance of Perm Krai

The BFT company completed system implementation of "ACC-Budget Control" in the Ministry of Finance of Perm Krai. A system is intended for increase in efficiency of holding the control procedures directed to check of legitimacy, rationality and efficiency of use of budgetary funds.

As a result of implementation the control and audit administration of the Ministry of Finance of Perm Krai received the modern tool for the effective organization of control actions used today both in the Ministry, and in its Territorial Offices. During the project the processes covering everything stages of financial control including planning, preparation for conducting checks, registration of results of actions and control of elimination of violations were automated. The ACC-Budget Control system also allows to prepare statistical reporting on completeness and efficiency of the held control and auditing events, to accumulate the structured information on the carried-out inspections and violations for the subsequent analysis and acceptance of management decisions.

The ACC-Budget Control system is integrated with the centralized system of budget implementation of "ADC-Finance" applied in Perm Krai, and auditors can work with data on execution regional and municipal budgets regarding the powers. Thanks to application of "ACC-Budget Control" for auditors time for information analysis and development of the offers directed to increase in effectiveness, efficiency, profitability of use of budgetary funds, the analysis of budget process, preparation of the offers directed to its improvement is released.

The next stage of the project is a connection to "ACC-Budget Control" of edge executive authorities of Perm Krai for the purpose of creation of an end-to-end information system in the field of control at the level of the region. Now organizational and technical issues are resolved.
