The minister, deputies, directors of departments consider documents on the desktop computers, notebooks and tablet devices and sign documents and instructions using the electronic digital signature".

Also the minister specified that the tender for new EDMS was not held. "The ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2006 has rights to given software and transferred it to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications on a grant basis, - Nikiforov says. - EDMS is physically placed on the servers located in data center of federal technopark IT park in Kazan today.
