The IZOVOL enterprise selected the TAP program from Microsoft and starts implementation of the ERP solution

Navicon starts automation of activity of IZOVOL company. The feature of the project is in that, according to statements of the company integrator that as the information platform Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 which official release will appear in the Russian market only in the end of the year is used.

Start

Works on complex automation of the company began with diagnostics during which assessment of the required investments and terms necessary for automation of accounting and planning of the enterprise was made, justification of options of automation of activity is given. Diagnostics was carried out by specialists of Navicon.

Solution

Participation in the Program of client testing and early implementation (TAP program), allowed to optimize costs for project implementation".

Objectives

Project implementation will be enabled in two stages. Within the project the following spheres of activity of the company will be automated:

• production management;

• accounting and tax accounting;

• marketing;

• warehouse and transport logistics;

• inventory management and inventory accounting;

• personnel records.

It is going to automate cost accounting of products and process of budgeting. It is supposed that the project will be complete within a year.
