"SV-system" buys "E1 Euphrates"

The company "SV-system" signed the agreement with Cognitive Technologies on purchase of an electronic document management system based on robotic Business Process Management Suite and the documents "E1 Euphrates".

The company "SV-system" exists in the market since 1998 and is one of the largest suppliers of construction and finishing materials in St. Petersburg and North-West Region. The company has own warehouse complex and base of the construction complete set operating according to the cash and carry system, equipped according to the latest technologies.

Due to permanent growth, in the company "SV-system" need for the automation system business of processes and electronic document management appeared. The choice "E1 Euphrates" as a software platform of the project was caused by presence at the system of broad functionality, convenient and the intuitive interface and also flexibility in setup and administration. Presence at Cognitive Technologies of considerable experience of implementations at the different enterprises also influenced the decision on agreement signature.

In the project progress, in particular, it is going to automate process of registration of the entering and outgoing documents, to differentiate access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality and also to provide system control of execution of the instructions issued to employees.
