PSB Locator

Promsvyazbank started in the summer of 2012 service of a geolocation for clients – PSB the Locator. This service is the first step in strategy implementation of Promsvyazbank on development of mobile banking.

PSB the Locator will allow to find the bank departments, nearest to the current location of the user, and ATMs on the card, to look at detailed information and to construct a route to them. Besides, service gives the chance to find the shops providing discounts to holders of cards of Promsvyazbank.

Also the application offers users the following options:

• search of bank departments depending on necessary service;
• access to up-to-date information about the status of ATMs: updating of the status happens each 5 minutes;
• an opportunity to estimate work of bank department or shop and also to leave the comment on an object;
• call to bank or sending the message by a specific object with an opportunity to attach the photo to the message;
• access to topical news of bank.

The application is developed for mobile devices on the IOS platform and Android. It is possible to download the Locator application PSB in App Store and on Android Market.

In October, 2012 Promsvyazbank reported that service of a geolocation for the mobile devices "PSB Locator" was already set by more than 10 thousand users. Since launch of service the bank received through "PSB Lokator" of about 300 customer feedback about work of departments, more than 200 messages about operation of ATMs and departments and also more than 30 responses about work of shops.

Shares between devices on which the application was installed were distributed in the following proportion: 40% are the share of mobile devices on the Android platform, 60% — on the IOS platform.
