The Intelkom company, the partner franchisee of 1C company in Tatarstan, announced project completion on automation of managerial, accounting, tax accounting in Kamgesenergostroy company, diversified construction holding of Russia and Tatarstan. The company acquired the right to project implementation according to the results of the tender.

As a part of Kamgesenergostroy holding — more than 20 affiliated enterprises of a different profile with the total number of staff more than 4 thousand human. Now Kamgesenergostroy is one of the main contractors on construction of facilities of "Universiade-2013" in Kazan.

The head company JSC Kamgesenergostroy provides interaction more than with 40 contract construction organizations. The information system constructed by Intelkom company on the basis of the specialized industry software solution "1C: Management of construction organization 8", covered 60 jobs and provides the guide of Kamgesenergostroy of detailed operational information to projects, types of activity, the construction equipment and the equipment. In general the ERP system based on "1C: Managements of construction organization 8" helps the company to build objects qualitatively and timely. As noted, the efficiency and transparency of settlement with customers, contractors, tenants of the equipment increased, the consumption of construction materials and costs by projects is quickly controlled.

Within the project on the basis of "1C: Managements of construction organization 8" managerial, accounting, tax accounting, payroll calculation, personnel records is automated. For each division and the project in a system the detailed accounting of all costs is provided, their distribution is optimized, cost value of each type of service or products, for example, of the cost of square meter of housing in the specific house under construction is calculated with the maximum accuracy, says Intelky. At the same time, there was an opportunity to estimate profitability of all divisions (production and auxiliary) on the basis of objective data. For example, the analysis on the basis of data of "1C:Enterprise 8" allowed to reveal that not all small divisions are unprofitable as it was considered earlier, before optimization of accounting and allocation of costs.

Detailed fixed asset accounting is implemented. By all types of the equipment and construction equipment which the company has more than 8 thousand units the information about tenants, stay in pledge or leasing are detailed. Strict control of use and movement of all types of the equipment is as a result provided, calculation and collection of the rent from tenants became simpler and accelerated. Besides, in a system it is specified where there is this or that equipment at the moment (in Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny) what helps to plan optimum movement of the equipment of objects under construction.

In a new system there was the most transparent accounting of agreements with customers (and them on each project — more than 100). On each project information on the nomenclature, volumes, cost and delivery time of building materials is detailed. Quickly receipt and write-off of construction materials including purchased by contractors independently, the consumption of construction materials from all warehouses of the company is traced is reflected. As a result the exact volume of stock balance in total and quantitative expression is always known, inappropriate use of materials is excluded. And the main thing, a system allows to compare all these data with the payment received by Kamgesenergostroy from the customer of an object.

Besides, there was an opportunity to quickly inform the customer of an object on the construction course, period costs, exact volume of the services rendered by Kamgesenergostroy as the general contractor.

And thanks to automatic verification of reports when loading it was succeeded to reduce involvement in collecting of the reporting of specialists of parent company and to reduce time of processing of reports.
