Biography
Was born on February 20, 1962 in Kineshma of the Ivanovo region., Russia[1].
Education
1985 - graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology majoring in "Automatic equipment and electronics".
1997 - graduated from Institute of the highest managerial personnel of Academy of National Economy at the Government of the Russian Federation in "The general management".
1985 - 1988 - the graduate student of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
Scientific degree
1988 - Candidate of Technical Sciences.
Career
1988-1993 - the engineer, the senior engineer, the lead engineer of Polyus Research institute of the Ministry of electronic industry.
1994-1995 - the economist, the leading economist, the chief specialist of intra banking settlement center on service "Yukos Oil Company, management on work with clients of Promradtekhbank joint-stock bank.
1995-1996 - the head of Financial management of public joint stock company "Yukos Oil Company.
1996-1997 - the vice president for finance and economy of open joint stock company "East-Siberian Oil and Gas Company of Vostsibneftegaz[2].
Social and political activity
1997-1998 - the adviser to the Minister, the deputy minister of fuel and power of the Russian Federation.
1998-1998 - Chairman of the State committee of the Russian Federation on the state and material reserves (Goskomrezerv of Russia)[3]
1998-2000 – the deputy minister of fuel and power of the Russian Federation.
2000-2004 – The First Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District.
