The OMP Corrugated and Solid Board system is a demanded system in Europe in the industry of production of corrugated and continuous fibreboard. OMP proposes integrated solution for production planning, optimization of cutting on the corrugator and removals of the actual indicators from the equipment. The OMP system combines functions of optimization of cutting on the corrugator and modules which allow to perform planning from long-term volume and calendar to the detailed operating plan of production. Cost reduction of production happens at each stage of planning thanks to operation of the built-in mechanisms of cost optimization. Optimization is made by many criteria among which there are production wastes (trimming), work in progress level, raw material stocks (papers) and also runtime of transactions on a different production equipment.

Planning modules of the OMP system support a set of technologies of reduction of duration of a production cycle, observing at the same time balance of loading of the equipment. The developed reporting of a system and functionality of modeling of scenarios allow to reveal quickly deviations from the plan and to simulate their influence on a vista shot.
• Planning in OMR is always aimed at ensuring shipment of the ordered product, the necessary quality and in the promised terms. Results of quality checks are kept in OMR and can be used in quality management systems, and personnel (operators of machines) get access online to the latests version of technical documentation and drawings.
