Specialists of Sitek company completed the project on automation of production processes at the Neftegazdetal enterprise (Perm Krai) with the help of a product "PiterSoft: Process management".
Tasks
Due to growth of production volumes and complication of technology process, the Customer had a need for process management system implementation which would allow to trace in real time stages of production process and to keep detailed production account. According to the results of the analysis of the solutions presented at the Russian market a system "PiterSoft was selected: Process management" as the product representing on a response of the customer, the maximum functionality at the minimum costs for mastering and maintenance. As the implementer the Sitek company is selected.
Solution
Product "PiterSoft: Management of Indicators" it was built in the Management of Manufacturing Enterprise configuration on the platform "by 1C: Predpryatiye 8" that allowed to connect functionality of process management and the financial accounting system. The main production process contains up to 100 elements, during process 10 types of financial and accounting documents are created. All key contractors according to the role in technology process receive the tasks in a system that increases technology discipline and saves employees from need of opening of consecutive points for the menu and fillings of tselik of difficult documents, says Sitek.
