Home Credit and Finance Bank implements the solution of the advancing control of business operations in bank

The EGAR Technology company completed the project on system implementation of pro-active monitoring of business operations in Home Credit bank.

Solution

Specialists of EGAR Technology unroll the centralized system of monitoring allowing to control in real time performance and reliability of key banking applications and the corporate service bus. The solution is created based on a product line of CA Application Performance Management (APM), the product CA Introscope (the former name - CA Wily Introscope) became its key component.

Result

The unrolled monitoring system allows to manage on a centralized basis in mode 24x7 the covered business applications of Bank, using different "monitors" which provide convenient instruments of graphical analysis of the current situation for work of operators of escort service.

The pro-active nature of process of monitoring gives the chance of localization of negative trends before emergence of failures in critical business processes and providing the high level of reliability of operation of the corresponding complex of IT systems.
