UserGate IM Control

UserGate IM Control is the free gateway solution for control of instant messaging systems. UserGate IM Control is the solution for control of IM (Instant Messengers). The product supplements Entensys line for the organization of safe and effective IT infrastructure of the company. Uncontrolled use of IM in corporate network involves:

• inappropriate use of working time by employees;
• date leaks;
• the threats of information security connected with harmful investments and links.

Using UserGate IM Control it is possible to control use of messengers by employees completely. The solution allows to prohibit or permit sending messages, to write the history of authorizations and correspondence through IM. Besides, UserGate IM Control performs automatic morphological analysis of contents of messages and also checks correspondence for existence of certain phrases (regular expressions) that allows to prevent leak of the insider information.

The product works with transfer protocols of messages of ICQ, Jabber, Mail.Ru Agent, AIM, MSN, Yahoo Messenger. Administration is performed via the web console.
