Background

In view of strong smoke of the ship course as a result of wildfires and also the low level of water in the Yenisei River, the problem of security of navigation sharply became complicated. At the same time need to maintain high intensity of transportations as the Yenisei shipping company still should deliver more than 1.5 million tons of loads to Northern areas of Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Norilsk industrial region remains are about 50% of the total amount of transportations in navigation of 2012.
