Klayko received degree of the bachelor of electronic engineering of Institute of Technology of Ohio, the USA.

2003-2012: Work in Brocade
Since 2003 passed into Brocade after its purchase Rhapsody Networks where it held positions of the CEO and president. Klayko held a post of the vice president for global sales of Brocade, also positions of the marketing vice president and support and the vice president for OEM to sales in this company.
