The Metapribor group purchases the software solution for the e-document flow organization

The Metapribor company signed the agreement with Cognitive Technologies on purchase of an electronic document management system based on robotic Business Process Management Suite and the documents "E1 Euphrates".

Preproject

The wide scope of activity of Metapribor group creates extremely difficult conditions for conducting document flow in the organization. Therefore the company management made the decision on introduction at the enterprise of an electronic document management system.

For managers Metapribor the presentation during which specialists of Cognitive Technologies showed functionality of E1 system Evrfat, told about simplicity of creation of routes of the movement of documents is held. Also advantages of the interface of the program were described.

Objectives

In the project progress, in particular, it is going to automate process of registration of the entering and outgoing documents, to differentiate access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality and also to provide system control of execution of the instructions issued to employees.
