In 2009 in NN Regional Center company there was a need of updating of an accounting system as the previous system "1C: Enterprise 7.7" had not all functionality necessary for the large developing retail network.
Project
The company management was going to implement a modern system which would have uniform information base and allowed to keep account with the smaller number of settings and a possibility of creation of the different reports giving a good cut for analytics.
The 1C: Accounting 8 system as met all requirements of the customer was selected. As integrator the April Software company is selected.
Solution
Implementation of 1C: Accounting 8 on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform consisted of the next stages:
- Creation in new base of legal entities.
- Standardization of reference books "Cost Items", "Other income and expense items", "Cash flow items", structure of the reference book "Partners" and other reference books.
- Start of 2 legal entities.
- Loading of the reference book of fixed assets and remaining balance.
- Loading of a remaining balance on the VAT, and all other data.
- User training in the consulting mode.
- Setup of Client-bank.
- Direct reflection of transactions in 1C: Accounting 8.
- Programming of separation of the regulated and managerial accounting.
Result
Implementation is complete. Effective objectives are achieved: accounting is automated using a modern system, account is kept in a common information space, there was an opportunity more quickly and extensively to obtain necessary information in a report type.
