"The Crimean vodka company" automates production management and sold by implementation of the software solution

"The Crimean vodka company" increases effective management of production and sale using 1C:Enterprise 8. The contractor in the project - Intensive Center ABBYY Ukraine.

Goals and Objectives

In 2011 new shareholders approve development plans for "The Crimean vodka company". According to the developed strategy, in 2011 the company planned to carry out modification of the existing information systems.

The solution was caused, first of all, by technical obsolenscence of the accounting systems. The decision on implementation of a new single automated system for enterprise management was made.

The winner of the held competition recognizes Intensive Center ABBYY Ukraine, as a basis of a new information system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 for Ukraine" is selected.

Solution

During the project specialists of Intensive Center executed a full stroke of works: inspected business processes, designed a system (including prototyping), trained users and brought the solution into operation. Project approach allowed to unroll in 7 months a system in 70 workplaces: at the plant in the Crimea and at office of management company in Kiev.

Result

The management of customer company received an array of instrumentation for accounting and control of financial activities of the enterprise and also strengthened managerial supervision over work of personnel. During the project accurate procedures of allocation of production costs and formation of cost value are implemented, the efficiency of accomplishment of orders of buyers is increased. Enhanced capabilities of a 1C system allowed the staff of the enterprise to cope with the tasks set for them quicker.

The main objectives of accounting and management at the enterprise are automated:

• Production management;
• Purchase management;
• Planning and sales management;
• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Personnel records and payroll and others.

"Thanks to opportunities "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management for Ukraine" managers obtain necessary data on production according to strict internal regulations in time. It is guarantee of timely preparation of the management reporting for management. A system allows us to conduct cost accounting of material values on the expanded analytics of the cost accounting (EACA).
