The city administration of Tver implements technologies of personal data protection and confidential information

Specialists of LANIT created the system of personal data protection and confidential information in administration of Tver.

Based on an open competition "Development of systems of personal data protection, objects of informatization and information systems for city administration of Tver" of LANIT acquired a sales right of this project.

Solution

The project is executed in several stages. At the first stage examination of an information system of administration of Tver integrating more than 700 automated jobs of 16 divisions located in 20 buildings is conducted and also characteristics of subjects to protection on which data are processed and stored personal are defined.

At the second stage project development of organizational and administrative documents on personal data protection, preparation for carrying out evaluation tests, delivery of information security tools and also installation and setup program and hardware of protection is performed.

The subsequent stages of the project included actions for training of personnel, check of a personal data information system on compliance to organizational technical requirements on personal data protection and certification of personal data information systems according to security requirements of information. During creation of a system special attention was paid to observance of requirements of the legislation to confidentiality and integrity of the processed information and also to organizational measures of protection of information. Products of leaders in the field of production of means of information security were composition.

Nikolay Yuryevich Sdobnyakov, the head of department of information resources and technologies of City administration of Tver noted: "The high level of professionalism of specialists of LANIT company allowed to implement the project in the shortest possible time and with the highest quality. As a result we received the system of personal data protection which underwent certification according to security requirements of information".

In Russia security of personal data regulates the federal law "About Personal Data" according to which any organization processing personal data is obliged to fulfill a number of the requirements for protection of these data.
