Spetsenergotrans Ltd carries out upgrade of personnel management systems and payroll, operational and normative accounting

The Homnet Consulting company completed implementation and the subsequent integration of the product "1C: Accounting 8" into the operating CIS of Spetsenergotrans Ltd.

Due to the inefficient program runtime "1C: Kompleksnaya 7.7", set at the Customer, there was a need of creation of a new information system on automation of accounting, personnel records and payroll calculation.

For transition to the multifunction platform "1C:Enterprise 8" the company management decided to address specialists of Homnet.

Solution

During creation of a new information system there was a need to consider specifics of activity of the company: not only to transfer data from a system "1C: Kompleksnaya 7.7", in the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 system but to carry out integration of the ASATC (automated system of accounting of transport company) systems and "1C: Accounting 8", having coordinated software "1C: Accounting 8" and software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

Within implementation of software products specialists Homnet Consulting carried out the following works:

• performed installation of programs;
• executed transfer of the reference information, a remaining balance and turnovers;
• provided initial user training to work with programs according to rates of 1C Company
• put systems into commercial operation;
• carried out setup of data loading from "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" to the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration.

Result

As a result of the held events and the performed works, the standard configuration of the program of accounting is significantly upgraded. In the course of automation of accounting the following tasks are solved:

• information base for conducting accounting and tax accounting in Spetsenergotrans Ltd is created
• it is created information bases for conducting personnel records and payroll in Spetsenergotrans Ltd
• integration of a system of conducting accounting and tax accounting and payroll system is configured;
• integration of a system of accounting and the UTK AS system is configured
• double entry of data is excluded.
