Aizkraukles Banka implements the solution of management of interrelations with clients

ABLV Bank uses the Terrasoft XRM Bank system for optimization of work with clients. The implementation project is implemented by Terrasoft company.

About the Project

The head of development of the information systems ABLV Bank Mikhail Mokhov as main goals of automation calls creation of a convenient working window for customer service and also accumulation and storage of all amount of data about clients in a common information space.

Mokhov noted that the high level of safety of information storage became one of main advantages of implementation of the project for bank: "Customer confidence to bank in many respects depends on the information storage security level. With implementation of the project we provided strictly segmented data access. It means that the employee of the bank gets an information access exactly in that volume which is necessary for accomplishment of its job responsibilities. We create the uniform reference book of client information, not only we collect data on clients, but also we have an opportunity to accumulate information on potential clients. There was an opportunity to enter individual information. And that the most important, the maximum level of safety of data storage is provided".
