The Omega Plus 91 company transfers management of personnel processes of the Karo Film company owning movie theater chain in Russia to the Boss-personnel officer system.
In the company expect that a HRM system will allow to increase efficiency of management of the company of all divisions, to simplify the procedure of personnel recruitment and to exercise control of professional competence of employees.
The project was begun in March, 2007 with installation of the basic version of a personnel system. During the project the individual preferences of a system affecting problems of training of employees and also accounting of candidates for vacant positions were performed.
