2005: Automation of Human Resources Processes

Project on automation of personnel management processes and payroll calculation at the main enterprise of rocket and space technology with the number of employees of 7,000 people.

The solution was the BOSS product. The following was implemented in stages:

• Maintain enterprise structure and staffing;
• Human resources process module;
• Recording of working time (personnel personnel records);
• Implementation of payroll modules;
• Automated entry of work orders;
• Standardized tasks in the company's workshops;
• Training of more than 300 employee users.

Implementation results and benefits:

• Electronic document flow started

personnel and accounting orders;

• All payroll activities are automated;
• Labor costs for the preparation and submission of reports to the FIU and IFNS decreased from three months to two weeks;
• The size of the IT service has been reduced by half due to the lack of the need to keep a huge staff of operators for entering primary information;
• The number of the accounting bureau has decreased three times, the number

HR reduced by 30%;

• Over 2,500 unique reports were developed;
• The number of users of the system has exceeded 500 people.
