The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Republic of Bashkortostan expands the list of state services to the population with participation of network technologies

SITRONICS Bashkortostan LLC together with the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Republic of Bashkortostan implemented the project of transfer of 10 regional public services to an electronic form.

Transfer of public services to an electronic form was executed according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 07, 2010 No. 1506-r (About making changes in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 17, 2009 N 1993-r [1]).

Solution

The role of the project coordinator was assigned to the ministry. Modern technologies of project management are applied to accomplishment of the forthcoming tasks, in particular, the uniform working group which part representatives of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Republic of Bashkortostan, specialists of Sitronics Bashkortostan LLC, key staff of the regional departments responsible for provision of services were is organized. For control of course of execution of the project by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Republic of Bashkortostan weekly meetings of the working group were held.

The project team "SITRONICS Bashkortostan" carried out integration of the Uniform Portal of Public services (EPGU, www.gosuslugi.ru) with automated information system of interdepartmental requests and rendering the public and municipal services of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Results plans

Now a number of services which can use on the www.gosuslugi.ru portal is already available to citizens and representatives of the organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan. In particular, individuals can submit applications for financial support in a difficult life situation, for providing subsidies on payment of premises and utilities, for assistance in job search, etc. For legal entities the possibility of submission of documents in electronic form on issue of construction licenses, on preserving of objects of cultural heritage, on licensing of pharmaceutical activity, licensing of use of sections, etc. is provided.

The plans for development of the project until the end of 2012 are transfer to an electronic form of 14 more public and municipal services of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
