Content

The Sinergiya group together with GMCS implements the project of process optimization of personnel management on the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER platform.

Plans and backlogs

By the end of 2012 it is supposed to construct a uniform corporate HRMS system which business units of an alcoholic segment of holding in 7 regions of the Russian Federation will enter. A system will provide centralized operation key to processes of personnel management: employee administration, staff list and time keeping, payroll (including price-work). Will develop additional user forms for obtaining the internal and external reporting under personnel, GMCS, will configure necessary document flow.

"Implementation of a single system based on the product "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER" will open for us ample opportunities not only for operational, but also strategic management by personnel, – Belokopytov Nikolay Vladimirovich, the Vice chairman of the board of Sinergiya Group told. – Systematization of data and unification of personnel management processes, decrease in operating costs, support of maintaining uniform policy of human resources management in scales of holding – here those main advantages which we expect to receive".

Solution

Now GMCS conducts a pilot project which result will be implementation of the automated control system for personnel in scales of Management company, the production and servicing enterprises and also trading house of Sinergiya Group. In plans for 2013 replication of a system on other enterprises of an alcoholic segment of holding is necessary.

Project Results

On March 27, 2014 the Sinergiya group announced transition to a uniform corporate HRMS system on a basis "BOSS-personnel officer". The partner in the project GMCS company.

As of March 27, 2014 a HRMS system is used in scales of Management company, business units of an alcoholic segment of holding in seven regions of the Russian Federation, the enterprises of a meat-and-milk segment of holding, corporate retail chain stores.

"Processes of personnel administration in holdings have a number of features which need to be considered when implementing the solution. Thanks to the competent strategy of implementation we could provide smooth start of a personnel management system even in the most territorial and remote business units, at the scheduled time and without risks for the customer", – Oleg Kotov, the director of the department of automated control systems for personnel of GMCS company noted.
