The administration of the Omsk region completes creation of the situational center as means of decision support

In July, 2012 the Polymedia company completed the project on creation of the situational center of the governor of the Omsk region for ensuring information support of decision making about social and economic and social and political management of the region.

Solution

Hardware of the situational center included new technology developments and allowed to adjust process of collecting of necessary information of a set of the available sources, to perform processing and storage of data retrieveds, to turn information of different types from any sources into an evident visual row.

As a part of a complex of technical means which equip STs, a set of the separate systems integrated into single solution.

The system of a video conferencing - one of essentially important systems of the center. She allows to unite to 40 subscribers at the same time. 32 district centers of the region equipped with the communication equipment Polymedia are connected to the central point of system (STs). All system is integrated with the system of the protected video conferencing of public authorities of the Russian Federation taking into account requirements imposed to information security support.

Interactive visualization tools, the system of documentation of meetings, the congress system of microphone communication on 16 participants, a display system of information of collective use and a hardware and software system of management of visualization of VIRD also are a part of a complex. All equipment is controlled with the help of the integrated Crestron control and management system. Integral part of all solution is the system of the guaranteed power supply as without it full, uninterrupted and reliable operation of STs is impossible.
