The Ukrainian integrator "Priokom" implements EDMS on the Directum platform

The ERGO Consulting company completed the first stage of the project on creation of the system of internal electronic document management (SIEDM) based on the software of DIRECTUM in Priokom company.

Tasks

Project-oriented activity of Priokom company generates considerable volumes of both the internal, and client contractual and project documentation. Achieve creation of document flow on the basis of the industrial platform providing it is guaranteed the high level of the provided services – a problem which was solved when choosing the basic software of a system, its adaptation and setup.

Solution

On the basis of contrastive analysis of the electronic document management systems which are present at the market, Prioky made the decision on creation of a system of internal electronic document management using a number of basic modules of the software of the DIRECTUM system.

Within the first stage of the project inspection of an automation object is executed, the analysis of the document flow business processes existing in Prioky is carried out, solutions on their setup on the following directions are developed:

The set of the project documentation on the basis of which the basic functionality of the DIRECTUM system will be adapted and configured for support of internal electronic document management Prioky became result of accomplishment of the first stage of the project.
