The companies Technoserv also "Auchan Russia" signed the contract for annual service maintenance of engineering infrastructure of the corporate DPC retailer.

Result

The agreement on complex maintenance provides repair, regular diagnostics and prevention of the systems of the guaranteed power supply (DGU and the UPS), precision conditioning and fire protection. For ensuring business continuity of retailer "Technoserv" executes two times a month stress testing of the main system units of engineering infrastructure of DPC. Rendering all services is performed with observance of SLA with strict requirements on time of response to an incident.

2014: Technoserv made the on-line system of monitoring

On September 3, 2014 Technoserv company, the Russian system integrator, announced input in commercial operation of the on-line system of monitoring for DPC of Auchan Russia company, the largest network of hypermarkets.

The end-to-end system of monitoring covers three basic elements of DPC of the retailer: central and reserve platforms and also platform DGU. On the main and reserve platforms monitoring of all main engineering systems is in real time carried out: uninterrupted and warranty power supply, precision conditioning and also climate control of services, critical to failure, at the level both premises in general, and the racks, most important for business processes.

On the platform DGU indicators of a fuel reserve necessary for smooth operation in case of an emergency situation are also measured. All data on a current status of the engineering systems come as specialists of IT department "Auchan Russia" to the central office of the retailer, and to the technical support engineers who are in DPC.

The implemented monitoring system does not require constant control from service staff. Abnormal messages form in the automatic mode with all required details of their emergence and are sent as by the SMS, and e-mail to all interested persons (to technical support of the retailer, service manager, responsible for service of the engineering systems) that allows to react to emergency situations more quickly. If necessary and under approval of a security service IT specialists of the retailer can be connected to a monitoring system at any time, using the web browser, from any place in the world where there is an Internet access.

All abnormal events and contemporary records are stored within a year with a possibility of their classification by type of the equipment or to the place of emergence that allows to carry out the careful analysis of the revealed abnormal events and to draw conclusions about the reasons of their emergence and correctness of interaction of the engineering systems in a complex. Also the monitoring system has a self-diagnostics subsystem that allows to exclude false data with the corresponding informing service staff from processing.

The monitoring system is constructed based on the software package SCADA Indusoft Web Studio which already repeatedly received well-deserved rewards for the practicality and functionality. Given software allows to connect practically any equipment on any of the known data exchange protocols. Also there is a connectivity of modules of forecasting of development of abnormal events and report generation in any forms and customer requirements. Let's separately note that the solution was implemented by Technoserv and positively proved in DPCs and objects of engineering infrastructure at several tens clients, such as: GVTs Russian Railway, Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Far East bank of Sberbank of Russia, Svyaztransneft, Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and so forth.

"Business "Auchan Russia" constantly develops, and in the place with it the IT systems allowing to obtain the most operational data on all business processes of the company actively develop. Together with it the role of DPC as bases for functioning of all systems increases in our IT infrastructure. Understanding it, we made the decision on replacement of off-line of monitoring by more operational system working in real time.
