The IBS group announces a successful completion of the project on identification of opportunities of optimization of activity of divisions of Center of Financial Calculations Ltd for ensuring potential of further organization development.
Solution
Within the project specialists of department of HR consulting of IBS carried out the analysis of activity of 19 key divisions of TsFR which are directly servicing carrying out calculations in wholesale market. As a result of the carried-out work the existing and potential reserves of working time and also opportunity for optimization of distribution of functionality between workers were revealed. The received materials will allow to increase efficiency of activity of divisions and the company in general. This project is a part of consistent policy of TsFR directed to quality improvement of service of market participants.
Igor Korganov, the director of practice of HR consulting of IBS reported: "The IBS command helped to reveal reserves of working time which can be used for providing additional services to market participants. For each division the volume of such reserve, the main sources of its emergence and a possibility of future reference was determined. It is important to note that in many respects the achieved result became possible thanks to the fact that employees and management of TsFR took part in the most active way in work of a team of consultants".
During the project for each of the inspected structural units the functional array of distribution of work describing it activity was prepared and expert evaluation of labor input of the performed works is carried out. On the basis of data retrieveds consultants of IBS carried out modeling of activity of divisions and revealed the existing reserves of working time. Also during the project the functional analysis of activity of divisions was carried out and potential reserves of working time which source are duplicative and unnecessary functions of divisions and also functions which time of execution can be reduced are defined.
Along with it within the description of activity the end-to-end business processes which are consistently performed by several divisions were inspected. During the course of performance such processes there can be additional dead times, for example, by transfer of large volume of documentation from one division in other considerable time can be spent for check of completeness. Having implemented certain optimization actions, the Company can release a notable reserve of working time.
In addition consultants of IBS carried out contrastive analysis of structure of working time of employees of divisions on the nature of the performed works that allowed to reveal possibilities of job redesign for optimization of use of labor resources.
Lyudmila Elkina, the chief of staff of the Chairman of the board of TsFR noted: "We are grateful to IBS for the done work. Our partners carried out the scrupulous analysis of activity of divisions, revealing patterns and the periods of the greatest and smallest loading. For example, the research showed that in some divisions there are periods when all workers are most loaded and there can be processings, and the periods when loading is significantly lower. Using data retrieveds, we will be able to distribute the arising additional functionality so that to make loading of workers more effective and, at the same time, comfortable for colleagues".
