The FNT Command system (the system of technical accounting for the telecom operator) from FNT Software which well proved at such large western operators as Vodafone, T-Mobile, KabelBW, etc.

The system of technical accounting for the telecom operator allows to organize accounting of network technical resources, including the active and passive equipment, internal and external cable infrastructure, communication services. Its use will provide

Technoserv transfers the system of technical accounting for the telecom operator from FNT Software to a cloud

On December 5, 2013 the Technoserv company and FNT Software company announced an output to the Russian market of a product – provision of services of a system of technical accounting for the telecom operator based on a cloud platform.

Before offering the market the system of technical accounting based on own cloud platform the command of department of application solutions of Technoserv company jointly with specialists of FNT Software held large-scale testing of a product in a cloud environment. Within four months the solution was used in the mode of trial operation for 7 geographically distributed operator nodes, fulfilling all business processes characteristic of operators of both mobile, and fixed connection.

As a result of the done work the product can be successfully implemented on network of the operator in 4 weeks instead of standard term in 1 year. Besides, the operator more than reduces the cost of ownership of a product by 40%, avoids on start of the project of such costs as purchase of hardware resources and licenses on basic and the application software. The telecommunication company receives significant optimization of the labor costs due to lack of need of administration of a hardware and program part of the solution, updating of versions of the application software, training of employees. One more plus of a cloud platform is the possibility of fast expansion of performance and adding of new functionality without complex - additional investments.
