The Avtosputnik company implements Business Process Management Suite

In August, 2012 the Avtosputnik company started system implementation of business process management of ELMA.

Task

For the purpose of workflow automation, as well as basic processes of the company, the guide of the Customer made the decision on system implementation. As a result of a research of the Russian IT market specialists of the company selected the ELMA software product of EleWise company.

The optimal functionality of a system and the built-in tools allowing to modify independently a system became the main factors which defined such solution.

Solution

Modeling and input in commercial operation of a basic process of Monitoring of Loads company became result of the first stage of system implementation. The main activity of Avtosputnik company - sale of auto parts for foreign cars and domestic cars. Automation of this process allowed to make delivery of auto parts from a warehouse (these are more than 70 thousand names) to wholesale buyers on the city of Voronezh of more predictable, significantly having reduced its time.

Now there is also active implementation of the module "Work with Clients", for the organization of vendor interaction and clients, and setup of basic reports of the company for control and correction of work of the organization.
