2023: Getting started under the Mak.by brand

Former McDonald's restaurants in Belarus began to operate under the Mak.by. brand This was announced in mid-April 2023 by the company "KSB Victory Restaurants," which manages the network.

Former McDonald's restaurants in Belarus began to operate under the Mak.by brand

In March 2023, KSB Victory Restaurants announced that it was selecting suitable options for the new name from more than 1.5 thousand offers, after the planned rebranding did not take place - McDonald's in Belarus initially wanted to rename it "Tasty - and period."

Mak.by is its own trademark "KSB Victory Restaurants."^[1]

2022: Plans to rename the network "Tasty - and the point"

In November 2022, the McDonald's franchise owner in Belarus announced that McDonalds fast service restaurants under the management of the KSB Victory Restaurants unitary enterprise will change their brand within a few weeks and will continue to operate under the Tasty and Period brand. Later, the date of such changes was announced - November 22, 2023. Signs from the chain's restaurants were removed, but no rebranding has occurred since the specified date.

The Russian company Tasty - And The Point also announced in November that it was completing the procedure for transferring exclusive rights under a franchise agreement for the Belarusian network managed by KSB Victory Restaurants.

25 points of the McDonald's chain worked in Belarus under the management of KSB Victory Restaurants. Restaurants ceased to be part of the franchise in November 2022.
