The Softtekhsnab company created an information system based on industry solution of Alpha Car in "Volkswagen Center of Kemerovo", having deployed the solution "the Alpha Car: Time recording".
Purpose and tasks
In 2012 the Sibinpeks group opened new car showroom "Volkswagen Center of Kemerovo". The division specializes in sale and service maintenance of cars and also sale of spare parts and accessories of Volkswagen.
The new motor show was required to be provided with the information system allowing to manage qualitatively business. Relying on successful operating experience of the product "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти" in other car showrooms of Sibinpeks Group, it was decided to implement this program and in "Volkswagen Center of Kemerovo". In addition the product "was selected by the Alpha Car: Time recording".
The new information system is implemented in sales departments, service and accounting – 40 jobs are automated.
Results
Document flow at car sale is simplified and accelerated. Exact lead time of different types of works of car service and load of mechanics is traced. A system allows to obtain operational, timely and reliable data about work of car center that is a basis for its effective management.
