The Chinese company ZWSOFT provided in the summer of 2012 the new product under the name ZWCAD Mechanical. The new product constructed on the ZWCAD+ platform offers rich opportunities for the standardized output of working drawings, drawing up and editing complete estimate documentation, flexible putting of the sizes of parts and marking of characters.
Inheriting ample opportunities of the ZWCAD+ platform, the ZWCAD Mechanical system gives to users the chance to switch easily from one national standard to another. It helps, including, to work in the international distributed groups. In particular, ZWCAD Mechanical supports the ISO standards (international), ANSI (USA), DIN (Germany), JIS (Japan) and GB (People's Republic of China). Besides, simple switching between different standards of one enterprise is supported. The Standards Synchronous Tool utility ensures functioning of different specialists in a single system of modeling.
As interruptions in deliveries painfully affect production, ZWCAD Mechanical developers provided everything to avoid incorrect accounting, identification and the order of component parts, especially at changes in construction. In ZWCAD Mechanical packet the user can charge all this work to the program, and the material specification will automatically change together with working drawings.
To simplify introduction of marks on assembly drawings, the packet of ZWCAD Mechanical offers flexible and powerful functions for work with the sizes. For example, using the special dialog boxes designated by abbreviations, the user can control and develop only those variables which are related to production, to specify admissions and to adjust information in a drawing stamp. The automated instruments of putting of the sizes prevent overlapping of digits, setting a free space between them.
For further simplification of work of designers and technologists, the packet of ZWCAD Mechanical offers the whole set of auxiliary tools, including the module of the engineering calculator, the module DWG Data Viewer for viewing drawings, an output of a series of drawings to one sheet in the mode of a mosaic (Jigsaw Printing) and so on.
