The car showroom "Maiya Motors" performs purchase and car sale being in operation. Being guided by the high level of quality of work with the potential and existing clients, the company management made the decision on automation of sales using Terrasoft Sales. The implementation project is implemented by Alpha-Inform company.
Assessment
System implementation provided to managers of sales department all necessary tools for more effective work. A system integrated complete amount of data about the potential and existing clients. Information on perfect acquisitions and also history of customer relations gives the chance to provide individual approach to each buyer. Also in a system the possibility of storage of the project documentation and creation of agreements on templates is implemented.
Problem definition process to managers is automated that allowed to adjust more effective communication between the head and the subordinate. The convenient mechanism of reminders reduced risk of untimely accomplishment of tasks. The module "Funnel of Sales" presents a picture of promotion of transactions on sales cycle stages in the graphic form. A system allows to control indicators of work of managers, to analyze success of work of both individual employees, and sales department in general and also more precisely to predict quantity and volume of future transactions.
Implementation of the project provided quality improvement and speeds of all processes of work with clients, promoted increase in number of the concluded bargains and increase in loyalty of buyers to the company.

One of the major indicators not available to us to system implementation because of impossibility of tracking of communications between different information, is the quality level of work with customers. Now a system creates tasks to a certain algorithm manager, without allowing "a human factor' to weaken attention to orders and customers. It, certainly, positively affects sales growth".
