SKB Kontur announced in the summer of 2012 system implementation of electronic document management 'Diadoc' in RUS Kia Motors company which is an official distributor of KIA cars in Russia. Annually in Russia the company sells about 200 thousand cars and works more than with 160 car dealers that is reflected in 2 — 3 million paper documents.

It is noted that with the purpose to reduce costs for transfer of documents and to automate the most part of work of accounting, the distributor decided to transfer the documentation to an electronic form.

In December, 2011 Kia Motors of RUS began interaction with representatives of SKB Kontur company which as the solution offered a product of own development — the system of legally significant exchange of the electronic documents 'Diadoc'.

It is reported that in half a year of preparatory and organizational work 'Diadoc' was it is integrated with the systems of internal accounting SAP and' 1C'(including with a configuration 'the Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts. Edition 4.1 '). In the middle of June KIA Motors sent through the Diadoc system the first 500 documents on spare parts in electronic form. The company noted that when using electronic documents the quality of work not only the distributor, but also his employees improves.

'In one day we delivered documents which in paper form would go to them within a week to addressees. We saved, at least, one pack of paper' — Zoya Yanina, the representative of Kia Motors of RUS comments.

In the project progress the three of the most large-scale dealers who provide more than 50% of document flow on spare parts and cars was connected to the Diadoc system, according to SKB Kontur.

In plans of Kia Motors of RUS — to adjust regular legally significant exchange of primary documents through the Diadoc system with all remained dealers.
