"The extraordinary insurance company" uses a system on the 1C: Enterprise platform

The "Extraordinary insurance company" which is engaged in ensuring insurance protection of rescuers and firefighters of Emercom of Russia implemented a system insurance and accounting "1C: Management of insurance company 8". Automation was executed by the company IT Mix. "The extraordinary insurance company" is a part of Ingosstrakh group.

To system implementation operational accounting in the company was kept using the 1C: Accounting 7.7 software product. However the lack of functionality on conducting insurance accounting was the reason for development and deployment of a system insurance and accounting, the corresponding specifics of activity of the company.

  During the project the following processes are automated: proprietary insurance and responsibility, personal insurance, compulsory insurance of life and health of the military personnel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, reinsurance activity, calculation of reserves for an insurance activity.

Accounting of accounting transactions is also automated: accounting of insurance premiums on the direct insurance accepted and transferred to reinsurance, accounting of losses on the direct insurance accepted and transferred to reinsurance accounting of calculations for the direct insurance accepted and transferred to reinsurance.

  Also in the ERP system accounting with insurance intermediaries, accounting of insurance reserves, fixed asset accounting and Inventories, the cash accounting, accounting of settlings with suppliers, accounting of settlings with employees, accounting of settlings with separate divisions, closing of quarter and formation of a financial result is organized.

Trial operation lasted three months, now the ERP system is brought into commercial operation. During the project 20 jobs are automated.
