Management system implementation project business by processes and electronic document management in the jewelry group "Smolensk Diamonds" which creates already more than ten years a unique jewelry which satisfies the most refined preferences of clients, both in the Russian market, and in the market of the neighboring countries is completed.

Workflow automation, managements of corporate information and interaction of employees was a project objective.

The works on implementation are successfully completed by specialists of ELMA company together with the partner in the city of Smolensk Optimus company.

Already today the management and employees of jewelry group can estimate results. All assigned tasks were carried out: the organization of a common information space of the company, accounting of documents, the entering and outgoing correspondence, registration of orders, orders, regulations, provisions and other internal documents is arranged.
