The Novosibirsk regional oncological clinic implements a pilot project of implementation of a medical information system

Pilot project on start of an automated system for medical institutions of BARS. A medical Information System it is implemented in the Novosibirsk regional oncological clinic. The solution is implemented by NVision Siberia company.

Solution

The provided single medical information system is developed NVision Group together with the companies "Eltex" and BARS GROUP. During the project computing resources of a clinic are upgraded, the network of high-speed data transmission is built.

"Now in a clinic 205 jobs are automated, and all doctors estimated advantages of a system. We hope that changes in quality of work of a clinic will be seen in the nearest future also by patients: now they should not spend time for queues and collecting of references", – the director of NVision Siberia Pavel Kaminsky noted.

"In terms of architecture security of personal data using terminal access is optimal. Functionality, universality and ease of use of terminals allow to solve problems which face doctors today. The implemented technology will facilitate daily work of medical personnel", – the director of the company Eltex Alexey Chernikov emphasizes.

"The oncologist, having online access to the uniform medical record with the clinical record, the conducted examinations, the rendered treatment, etc., can estimate the broad picture, observe dynamics of a disease and timely make the right decisions. This system will allow to move to qualitatively new, operational level of work with oncological patients", – the director of the Siberian branch "BARS GROUP" Alexey Belyaev considers.

"The value of the project is that specialists of department and health workers could get acquainted in practice with new information and telecommunication technologies which implementation is planned within program implementation on upgrade of health facilities. It and the cloud solutions assuming placement of all computing resources in a data processing center and creation of computer networks based on PON technology, and use in workplaces of doctors of web terminals with the operating system on the open code", – the Head of Department of informatization and development of telecommunication technologies of the Novosibirsk region Anatoly Dyubanov notes.
