Was born on September 19, 1975.

Education

1998 – Gedellevsky ended universtitt agrarian sciences (The Hungarian republic).

Social and political activity

• worked with 2003-2012 in Department of economy of Government Office of the Russian Federation (since 2004 - the Russian Government's Department of Economics and Finance).

2008-2012 - the associate director of the Russian Government's Department of Economics and Finance^[1].

Since May 31, 2012 - - the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation^[2].

In the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Vladimir Simonenko supervised issues of development of a small and medium entrepreneurship, development of the competition, formation of a federal purchasing system and also to coordinate and controlled work of the Federal agency on^[3] accreditation^[3].

Since September, 2013 heads Eksperny management of the president which is engaged in preparation of expert opinions, analytical reports and another necessary for the president and the head of Presidential Administration, expert and analytical materials.

The member of the commission on the organization of management training of the Program of management training for the organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation^[4].
