The Project Management of PAU software product is developed by Russian Information Technologies company. It is intended for automation of work of arbitration managers and law companies. The program allows to organize project management and tasks, interaction in the company, control of execution of instructions.

Project management of PAU 2.1

The Russian Information Technologies company announced in September, 2012 a release of the new version of the Project Management of PAU system 2.1 intended for the organization of project work, task management in the company. In the new version of a system the possibility of maintaining the project budget and the organization in general appeared.

The section the Income/expenses developed for financial accounting and planning of the project budget became one of the most important and expected changes in a system.

The section contains several subsections and allows to operate several accounts with the choice of an account currency, the indication of an opening balance sheet and the account by default, accounting of all transactions, income and expenses. Besides, the forthcoming income and expenses it is possible to plan and appoint the repetition period, and then to transfer to the actual transactions.

In the new section work on the budget is conducted confidentially, access rights are defined by the project manager. Classification of operations on categories and subcategories allows to make at any time the necessary data sampling by different criteria and filters: on the account, category, activity date, on projects, etc. Carryover function of transactions and the account balances and also money from one account on another is developed. Function of the notification of project participants on all events with transactions and accounts is finished. Also now it is possible to add the user parameters to document templates.

The new version of the Project Management of PAU system 2.1 allows to conduct financial transactions of the organization, to plan the project budget in advance and to flexibly adjust it in process. Today the solution of a problem of consolidation of planning process of the budget and project management is another step to effective management of both separate processes, and all company in general.

Project management of PAU 2.2

The most significant changes concerned the section the Income/expenses developed for financial accounting and planning of the project budget. An opportunity to keep lists of the accounts available to several projects, in the subsection "Joint accounts" was developed. It is possible to make selection of operations on several accounts at once and also now it is possible to attach issue documents to transactions.

High-speed performance of a system is considerably improved and privacy policy during the work with projects is finished.

The project work is also added: now it is possible to create several same projects on one enterprise. In work with actions a number of opportunities appeared: appointment of the contractor, commenting, notifications on new comments and other changes of the status of an action.
