Fursov Oleg Borisovich

Was born on November 4, 1965 in Ulyanovsk. In 1989 with honors graduated from the Kuibyshev aviation institute of the Academician S.P. Korolev of the Award of the Labour Red Banner (now – Samara State Aerospace University) in the specialty - applied mathematics.

In 1995 was trained on rates of a talent pool of public servants for federal public authorities, public authorities of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation at the Russian Academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation.

Upon termination of aviation institute worked as the engineer in research laboratory of aviation institute (KUAI). Since 1989 it was elected the secretary of committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League of KUAI, the chairman of federation of student's youth of KUAI.

In 1992 passes to municipal service and for 1998 heads committee on affairs of youth of administration Samara.

In 1998 - 1999 worked as the chief of investment department of IK Arkada LLC.

Since December, 1999 worked in Administration of the Samara region as the head of department of interaction with public organizations, for nationalities and to religious faiths in the beginning, then the Head of Department for youth of the Samara region.

From 2005 to 2008 worked as the Head of Department of the administration of the Governor of the Samara region and the Government of the Samara region.

Since January, 2008 worked as the First Deputy CEO of RSO Progress-A Ltd.

On September 2, 2009 it is appointed the Head of Department of work and employment of the population of the Samara region.

Now holds a post of the Minister of Labour, employment and migration policy of the Samara region.

Candidate of sociological sciences.

He is married, has 3 sons.
