JSC Stavropol Plant of Piston Rings implements the solution of control automation by the enterprise

The 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system is unrolled in 50 workplaces of JSC Stavropol Plant of Piston Rings. The integrator in the project is StavAnalysis company.

Tasks

Dynamically upcoming business with the growing turnovers required accurately smoothly running production processes and constant financial control. At the same time any of the programs used earlier did not provide the broad picture of business activities of the enterprise. In 2011 the management of the JSC STAPRI enterprise made the decision on complex automation of the enterprise based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8. Decrease in production costs was a main objective - the new information system had to provide the cost accounting and cost accounting by a difficult technique with an accuracy necessary for effective control behind an inappropriate and uneconomical consumption of raw materials.

Result

Later half a year after project completion production costs are considerably reduced, it was also succeeded to improve service quality of buyers. As a result of implementation all main business processes of the plant are completely automated. Data quickly are reflected in the program thanks to what the management has up-to-date information on the current activity of the enterprise at any moment.

The chief accountant of JSC STAPRI Veronika Morozova noted results of implementation: "Thanks to 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 we considerably reduced labor costs, and we can analyze profitability of each type of products.
