Life upgraded corporate DWH

The RDTECH company and Life Financial Group completed the project on creation of the corporate information data warehouse and the system of the management reporting.

System implementation of the uniform management reporting which is under construction on the general methodological principles, but taking into account features of each bank of Group became the purpose of creation of the comprehensive data warehouse.

The project unprecedented for the bank industry of Russia as the uniform data warehouse servicing activity at once of seven banks of Group is created for the first time. The project covered Probusinessbank, Express Volga Bank, higher education institution-Bank, Gazenergobank, National bank of savings, Commercial bank 'Let's Go!', Банк24.ру.

Solution

Within the project the command RDTECH implements data loading from 24 systems of primary accounting of banks, a number of key techniques of management accounting of Group is prepared (on plastic cards, the credits, deposits, the general commission result, bills of exchange, costs for ensuring activity, etc.) and the block of the management reporting is implemented. Financial analysts of banks and divisions are trained in work with the data warehouse and its analytical tools. For September 12, 2012 the uniform corporate data warehouse is in commercial operation.

Dmitry Dadonov, the head of the department of financial planning and the analysis of JSC JSB Probusinessbank, noted importance of the project for banks of Group: "The new Data warehouse became one of the main management tools effectiveness in Group. It allowed to expand significantly the amount and completeness of the reporting for financial analysts and managing directors of departments of Banks of our Group and also to reduce terms of its preparation".

Certainly, it positively affects quality of the management reporting and correctness of solutions on the basis of which the concept of development of banks of Group is under construction and the success of their activity is estimated".

Results

As a result of the large-scale project on implementation of the corporate data warehouse, the modern system of the management reporting containing operational and reliable information on all banks of Group with the unified, documentary and transparent methodology of its formation, with ample opportunities for scaling, the fulfilled mechanism of checks and quality improvement of data is created. The common information space created during the project increases quality of the reporting, efficiency of its preparation and forecasting accuracy, and, therefore, allows specialists of business divisions of banks of Group to make the right and timely management decisions.

The implementation project is complete in September, 2012.

2014: Upgrade of DWH

On March 13, 2014 it became known - the Life Financial group carried out upgrade of the corporate information data warehouse and the system of the management reporting. The contractor in the project - RDTECH company.

The Life financial group made the decision on performance improvement of the uniform data warehouse in connection with growth of the arriving information. According to the customer, a common information space increases quality of the reporting, efficiency of its preparation and forecasting accuracy, and, therefore, allows banks of group to make timely management decisions.
