Content

The project on HCM SAP ERP system implementation at the AEHK enterprise which is a part TVEL is begun in September, 2011 and is complete within nine months. The integrator in the project is Molga Consulting company.

Start

To HCM SAP ERP on AEHK used several software packages that caused an array of problems, both from data integration, and from inconvenience of work of end users as each complex had own interface.

Project

During project implementation are completely automated: management of organization structures and staff lists, personnel and time keeping, payroll, performance management of personnel and accounting of indicators of labor protection within personnel management. During the project all processes were unified according to a corporate prototype.

"For us it is the second experience of SAP implementation of ERP HCM at manufacturing enterprises. On the example of AEHK we analyzed production business processes regarding personnel management and complemented a corporate prototype with more than 500 points, – Dmitry Bulavinov, the HR director of ROSATOM State Corporation noted. – A system allows the management to obtain reliable and operational information for decision making on many questions connected with personnel, and its implementation has a strategic importance. Project teams of the enterprises and TVEL did very important work not only for themselves, but also for all industry because the received solution will be replicated further on other enterprises".

New inclusions

Especially for the enterprises of a fuel division the corporate prototype switched on the new module on labor protection. The contractor in the MOLGA Consulting project proposed the solution allowing to control and manage on a centralized basis the system of labor protection and to receive on it the reporting. Today heads of AEHK and fuel element can see dynamics of change of a situation in the enterprises, keep track of efficiency of implementable programs and on the basis of it to create competent management decisions.

Result

"Certainly, implementation of a new information system attracts a number of difficulties. But we are sure that on our "pilot" projects the personnel management process will be optimized. I believe that according to the results of full-scale implementation the load of personnel connected with processing of large volumes of information on personnel management, personnel administration and payroll, with duplication of information regarding personnel office-work will decrease" — the chief executive of Directorate on personnel management of JSC TVEL Natalya Sobakinskaya summed up the project results.
