Asteros Consulting increased efficiency of personnel and salary records in East port implementing solution based on "1C: Payroll and HR Management".
Goals and Objectives
The solution in which information on employees gathered and processed allowed to solve problems of the enterprise regarding planning and implementation of the HR policy. But the being available difficulties with updating of a system and operational reflection of changes of the legislation in it, including requirements 152-FZ "About personal data", reduced efficiency of personnel and salary records. Therefore the management of East port made the decision on transition to the product "1C: Payroll and HR Management". Works on its adaptation under stevedoring business and to implementation were charged to a command of Asteros Consulting.
Solution
In 4 months consultants collected customer requirements to future solution, together with specialists of East port developed and unrolled all necessary functionality and also integrated the application into information landscape of the company. The joint project team systematized requirements to settlings with personnel, personnel office-work. During the project non-standard algorithms of payroll of separate employee categories were automated. For input and group data processing consultants developed a set of tools assistants that will allow to increase performance of work of users.
Setup of the 1C: Payroll and HR Management program under business of the client is carried out with the minimum change of a standard configuration and practically without program intervention in other systems. Use of the external modules considering specific requirements of the enterprise allows East port to support independently and also easily and quickly to update the solution. So, during the project specialists updated all system to new release in two days.
"In similar projects one of the most important stages is user training. Therefore we pay huge attention to this process. Consultants developed the program which helped specialists of East port to begin work with a new system as fast as possible. In addition we also rendered methodological and information help to direct users", – Sergey Gurov, the head of practice of 1C of Asteros Consulting company added.
Result
Now works about 90 employees of East port from different divisions with the application: company management, accounting, personnel. Time of updating of a system was reduced from 2 months to 1 day.
